The Student Information Technology Education & Scholarship (SITES) program equips high school students with the skills, confidence, and opportunities to become tomorrow’s tech innovators and leaders. 

Through immersive training, mentorship, and national competition, SITES transforms raw potential into tangible talent—preparing students to thrive in today’s digital economy. 

💻 The High School Computer Competition (HSCC) 

The High School Computer Competition (HSCC) is a cornerstone of BDPA Cleveland’s youth tech pipeline—a rigorous, multi-month training and competition experience that prepares high school students from underrepresented communities to lead in STEM. 

As part of SITES, HSCC provides advanced instruction in: 

• Programming and algorithms 
• Collaborative problem solving 
• Project development with professional mentors 

Students train weekly, building both technical expertise and personal confidence. The journey culminates at the National BDPA Technology Conference, where teams compete against peers nationwide.
