BDPA expands access to jobs, business opportunities and career success for underutilized Black tech professionals who without BDPA, might otherwise be ignored, rejected, or not equally considered. By empowering Black tech professionals, BDPA helps Black communities participate more equitably in tech employment, business ownership, hiring decisions, and owning a more equitable portion of prosperity.

Since 1975— amidst America's ongoing civil rights journey—BDPA has been dedicated to nurturing diverse tech talent. This mission was crucial then and remains equally essential today.  To continue these important efforts, BDPA welcomes experienced leadership and is dedicated to grooming future leaders.
